14 days, no questions

Recruiter Pro subscription

Recruiter Pro starts with a 30-day free trial. We do not charge your card during the trial. If you cancel before day 30, you will not be charged.

After the trial converts to a paid month, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge by emailing provyn.app@outlook.com. No questions asked. We will refund the full amount within 5 business days. Subsequent monthly renewals are also refundable within 14 days of each charge.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep recruiter access until then.

Candidate Pro upgrade

Candidate Pro (unlimited retakes + percentile) is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not redeemed any Pro-only retakes during that window. Email provyn.app@outlook.com with your purchase date.

AppSumo lifetime deals

Provyn deals on AppSumo follow AppSumo's standard 60-day refund window. Request the refund through your AppSumo account under My Products, not through us directly. AppSumo processes the refund and we revoke the lifetime tier.

Lifetime tiers stack across multiple deal codes. Refunding one code does not revoke the others.

What we do not refund

• Manual review fees, custom-assessment authoring, or any enterprise statement-of-work charge after the work has been delivered.
• Charges older than 14 days from the most recent renewal (Recruiter Pro / Candidate Pro). For older charges contact us; we may refund at our discretion.
